I was commissioned by one of my private clients to produce a piece of art for his new home on golf estate in South Africa. He was looking for a large, subtle piece of art, with neutral colours which would compliment the look and feel of his contemporary home. I used lots of whites here with washes of silvers and taupes which would end up being a painting which would not dominate the living room.
